Warranty period and starting point
The warranty period is 12 months from the vehicle’s arrival at the destination port. Chassis warranty handling follows the chassis manufacturer’s policy; the upper body has a 12-month warranty. The arrangements on this page are subject to the order contract.
Valid warranty claims
For valid warranty claims during the warranty period, we cover the parts, freight for those parts and labor costs, including labor incurred in the buyer’s country. Follow the warranty arrangements agreed in your contract.
Parts and technical support
The parts supply period is five years. Contact technical support through the website or sales staff; we aim to reply within 24 hours. These service arrangements follow the contract.
Delivery materials
Operating manuals and instructional videos are provided at delivery at no additional charge. Vehicle materials are primarily in English, with other languages provided according to customer requirements.
Training at the factory
During training at the factory, we cover local accommodation, meals and local transport. Confirm the training arrangements in your order contract.
Engineer guidance at your site
Engineer guidance at the buyer’s site carries no additional service charge. International airfare, visa and accommodation are paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Review both the service scope and travel costs when arranging the visit.
