Need right-hand drive?
Tell us the destination and required drive side so we can confirm the chassis option in your quotation.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send your destination, vehicle type, working conditions, desired tank or body capacity, quantity and drive-side requirement. For collection vehicles include the material, route and disposal point; for sweepers or water trucks include refill and emptying points and the working equipment required.
How do I check access and the operating route?
Compare entrances, overhead clearance, turns and the working space needed at each stop with the selected vehicle drawing. Include rear unloading, hose deployment or cleaning passes according to the task, together with disposal or refill locations.
Does tank or body volume establish payload?
No. Volume describes storage space. Material density, complete vehicle weight and permitted axle loading determine the operating load plan. Assess separate stores, such as sewage and clean water, as part of that calculation.
What determines the quoted price?
The selected chassis, body construction, working equipment, options, quantity and delivery scope determine the itemized quotation. Send the requirements for the vehicle and assignment you are considering.
Who issues the order documents and receives payment?
Chengli Automobile (Wuhan) Co., Ltd issues the contract and pro forma invoice. The receiving bank account belongs to the same company.
What are the payment arrangements?
T/T and L/C are available, with quotations and payments in USD or CNY. The usual arrangement is 30% deposit and 70% balance, generally before dispatch; special orders or vehicle types are negotiated separately. Follow your contract.
How long is production?
Production usually takes 30–90 days after the deposit is paid, depending on the vehicle type and configuration and subject to the contract. This is production time rather than destination-port arrival time.
How is shipment arranged?
Trade terms may be FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP or CIP as quoted. Regular orders use containers, flat-racks or breakbulk vessels; large orders use ro-ro vessels. Booking can be arranged by us or the buyer, while destination-port clearance and vehicle registration are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I arrange inspection, and what documents are supplied?
We accept video or factory inspection and buyer-appointed SGS or BV inspection; inspection fees are usually paid by the buyer. Vehicle CCC and product conformity certificates are Chinese factory documents, not destination approval. A product consistency inspection report can be provided according to local customs or authority requirements.
When does the warranty start and what does it cover?
The 12-month warranty period starts when the vehicle arrives at the destination port. Chassis warranty handling follows the chassis manufacturer’s policy; upper-body warranty is 12 months. For valid warranty claims we cover parts, their freight and labor, including labor in the buyer’s country, subject to the contract.
What parts, materials and support are available?
Parts supply is for five years. Manuals and instructional videos are included at delivery without additional charge, primarily in English with other languages according to customer needs. Contact the website or sales staff for technical support; we aim to reply within 24 hours, subject to the contract arrangements.
How are training and engineer visits arranged?
For factory training we cover local accommodation, meals and transport. Engineer guidance at the buyer’s site has no additional service charge, but the buyer pays international airfare, visa and accommodation unless the contract states otherwise. Confirm the arrangements in the contract.
