1. Send your requirements
Tell us your destination, vehicle type, working task, preferred capacity, quantity and drive-side requirement. Include the product link so we can discuss the vehicle you are considering.
2. Agree the configuration and quotation
Compare the proposed chassis, body and working equipment with your assignment. Review the itemized quotation, currency and delivery scope before proceeding. Quotations and payments are in USD or CNY.
3. Sign the contract or pro forma invoice
Chengli Automobile (Wuhan) Co., Ltd issues the contract and pro forma invoice, and the receiving bank account belongs to the same company. Check the configuration, commercial terms and account-holder name against your order documents.
4. Pay the deposit
Payment can be by telegraphic transfer (T/T) or letter of credit (L/C). The usual arrangement is a 30% deposit and 70% balance, with special orders or vehicle types negotiated separately. Follow the payment arrangement in your contract.
5. Production
Production usually takes 30–90 days after the deposit is paid, depending on the vehicle type and configuration, subject to the contract. This is production time, not the time of arrival at the destination port.
6. Inspect the vehicle
Arrange your inspection with us before dispatch. You may inspect in person, use video inspection or appoint a third-party inspection organization such as SGS or BV; inspection fees are usually paid by the buyer.
7. Pay the balance
The 70% balance is generally paid before dispatch under the usual 30/70 arrangement. Check the agreed payment stage for special orders or vehicle types and follow the signed contract.
8. Dispatch
Confirm the trade term, shipment arrangement and booking responsibility in the quotation. Booking may be arranged by us or by the buyer.
9. Receive the documents
Review the documents provided for your vehicle and the requirements of the destination authorities. The buyer handles destination-port customs clearance and vehicle registration.
